Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.NomisEngineered.com website (the "Service") operated by Nomis Engineered, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

You further acknowledge and agree that Nomis Engineered, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Taxes

We reserve the right to add sales tax, or any other tax, which may be imposed on our products, as required by law. All shipments into the State of Illinois will carry the current state sales tax.

Returned Goods

Prior written authorization from Nomis Engineered Inc. must be obtained before credit on returned goods will be given. Returns shall be subject to a 25% restocking charge and must be returned to Nomis Engineered Inc. freight "prepaid".

Damaged Items

Any item received damaged due to shipping must be reported to Nomis Engineered Inc. within 7 business days of receiving the package. Please inspect the package upon receipt to make sure all parts are included and no damage is present. If you encounter damage or missing parts, please contact Nomis Engineered Inc. at info@nomisengineered.com to request a Return Material Authorization # (RMA). Once a RMA has been issued the item must be returned to Nomis Engineered Inc. in the original packaging. Once received, if damage is found to be caused by shipping or improper packing, a replacement will be sent free of charge.

Shipping

We offer UPS (United Parcel Service) ground shipping. Rates are based on the weight and size of the item or items and your location. Shipping times may be subject to change due to severe weather that interferes with the normal processing and transport of shipments. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and options can be calculated once you add items to your cart. When viewing the cart click the Add Info link to input your shipping destination. This will allow you to view the different shipping options and costs to your location before completing your transaction. Please note that some services are not available for Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Processing and Delivery

In stock items will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of your order. Items that are NOT in stock will ship within 7-14 business days of your order. If your email was provided, a copy of your transaction and tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it leaves our warehouse. All delivery times listed are approximate. UPS does not guarantee delivery times.

Canadian and International Shipments

Currently we are not offering any shipments outside of the continental USA. Please check back with us as this will be available in the future.

Warranty

Nomis Engineered Inc. warrants all goods of our manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Any goods found to be defective, upon examination by us shall be repaired or replaced by us without charge. All export taxes, fees and duties occurring from warranty shipments beyond the continental United States will be the customer's responsibility.

This warranty shall be null and void and of no effect unless we are notified of such defect, all within 30 days from date of delivery. Such notification shall be directed to Nomis Engineered Inc. at info@nomisengineered.com. No goods shall be returned without prior written approval.

Explicitly excluded from this warranty are: special finishes and labor required to remove and/or reinstall original or replacement parts.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, overloading, accident, improper storage, or neglect, alterations, modifications, or additions.

Nomis Engineered Inc. warrants the items purchased from other manufacturers only to the extent of the normal warranty of these manufacturers.

The above warranties are given in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including without limitation, the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of suitability for a particular purpose. It is expressly agreed that Nomis Engineered Inc. assumes no liability for liquidated damages arising out of a breech of contract, including any warranties arising therefrom, and buyer's remedy shall be limited to repair or replacement of defective parts as described above.

Use of a surge protector is highly recommended. Failure to use one may void the warranty.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 5 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
